• Taking initial instructions and reviewing documents

• Preparing claims for possession

• Drafting witness statements and other pleadings

• Instructing barristers when necessary

• Court hearing preparation and attendance

• Document exchange and bundle preparation

• Arranging eviction through enforcement agencies if required

It is not possible to give a timescale for these matters. However, your legal representative will discuss this matter in detail during your initial consultation.

Our Transparency Promise

We will be transparent about fees, providing you with fixed fees where possible. Where a fixed fee is not possible, an hourly rate is applicable.

It is also possible to agree a fixed fee hourly rate with us. In such case, you would agree to pay a fixed hourly rate for our services regardless of the grade of team member working on your case. You would be advised at the time of instructions if this is possible in your case.

In some cases, we agree to serve you on a no win no fees or no-win lesser fees basis. In such cases you would be expected to pay the disbursements e.g. court fees, Counsel fees, expert fees. It is only our fees that can be on the basis of no win no fees.
