Most of our Immigration works are based on fixed fees. However, we believe all cases are facts sensitive and unique. We will always tell you at the beginning of instructions about our costs for our service.

Service Details

Our fixed fee’s structure is very simple. We will cover everything needed until the Home Office decides the outcome of the application.

  • Correspond with the Home Office where necessary

Asylum Applications

We are regularly instructed by asylum seekers to provide advice and services. If you are an asylum seeker, please contact one of our team members to discuss your case. Our team member will discuss your case and provide an accurate fee for our services. You will have opportunity to ask questions to our team members too. We charge between £2000 to £3000 for our services. You would also pay VAT 20%.

Fixed Fees
We charge between £2000 to £3000 for our services. You would also pay VAT 20%.

Our fees
£2000 – £3000, plus VAT 20% if applicable. We will tell you if you would have to pay VAT on our service at the beginning of the instructions. For example, if you are appealing from outside the UK, you would not need to pay VAT.


Service included
We will cover submitting your appeal to the Tribunal, advising on your appeal, preparing your appeal including your statement, liaising with Counsel, preparing appeal bundle, uploading the appeal bundle, complying with all relevant directions, preparing you for your hearing, advising on appeal procedure and actual hearing.


Other costs
You would pay for Counsel fees for drafting and representing in the court. Their fees range between £500 to £3500 depending on their experience. Some of them charge VAT at 20% too.


Timeline
It is not possible to give you an accurate date. There are lots of stages involved in an appeal. However, you can expect it to take up to 12 months to conclude your appeal by the First Tier Tribunal. In some cases, it might take more than 12 months.
