Costs
Fixed Fee: £1500-£5,000 plus VAT 20%. Average price £3000 plus VAT 20%. The costs are likely to be at the lower end range if the case is a free-standing wrongful dismissal case or a straightforward unfair dismissal case.

Document exchange and bundle preparation
Taking witness statements and preparing documentation
Preparation and attendance at Final Hearing, including instructing Counsel
