Mr Md Obaidul Islam

Md Obaidul Islam is a Solicitor at Liberty Legal Solicitors having qualified in 2024. He has a degree in Law from the University of Wales and completed Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University. Mr. Islam takes interest in all areas of law with particular interest to Immigration Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Landlord & Tenancy matters. Mr. Islam has gained extensive experience in numerous areas of Immigration Law including Human Rights applications, detention cases preventing client’s removal from the UK, appeal matters as well as preparing Judicial Review applications to challenge Home Office decisions. He regularly gets instructed on family matters that includes complex children matters. He has a strong interest in developing his skillset in Civil Litigation and has quickly gained experience in this area, successfully advising our clients since qualifying. Mr. Islam’s tailored service ensures that the client’s expectations are met in a timely fashion, and he thrives to achieve the desired outcome. His down to earth approach for clients is precise and friendly.
