Asylum

We are regularly instructed by asylum seeker to provide advise and services. If you are an asylum seeker, please contact one of our team members to discuss to your case. Our team member will discuss your case and provide an accurate fee for our services. You will have opportunity to ask questions to our team members too.

Appeal to the Immigration Tribunal

If your application is refused and you have a right of appeal, you are entitled to appeal the decision to the First Tier Tribunal. If your application was made outside the UK, you will usually have 28 days to appeal. If your application was made inside the UK, you will have 14 days to appeal.  

An appeal requires a lot of time to prepare and directions to follow. It is best to start preparing your appeal early to avoid last minute hassle.
