Mr Safa is a Registered Foreign Lawyer regulated by the Solicitors Regulations Authority (SRA). He is an Advocate of the Bangladesh Supreme Court (High Court Division). He completed his LLB(Hons) and LL.M from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. He also completed his LL. B (Hons) from the University of London and LL.M in International Human Rights and Development from the London South Bank University.
He is well conversant in UK Immigration Laws. He is an expert in contemporary International Human Rights Laws. He specialises in public law and human rights, with an emphasis on immigration, asylum and nationality law.
